INJURED RESERVE

All right, so, sometimes our bodies don’t hold up.

Sometimes we just play through it. Play through the pain. Push through the ache.  

The mind is terribly durable.

Stubborn too. 

It can tell the body to do things that the body simply cannot or should not do. 

And that’s when we suffer. 

That’s when an injury comes into play. 

And your game is stalled.  

And then we have to practice what may be the hardest (yoga) pose of all...

Patience.
