In any day, you go through intervals.
Just like in a spin class, there are peaks and there are recoveries.
If you are constantly in HIGH GEAR, off the seat, CLIMBING, speeding, you will burn out.
I am a sprinter. Not a marathon runner. When I run, I sprint.
What are you? Sprinter? Stroller? What speed seems right for you?
Practice the flip side of that speed and you'll gain a bit of balance.
