Yoga poses do not come by force or by strain.
If you continue to try to push and pry yourself into a pose, you will suffer, guaranteed.
Nothing wrong with suffering. Part of life, for sure. But if your insistence is leading to injury and frustration and flat-out wrecked fatigue, well, maybe take step back.
Maybe pause and consider how you are approaching the pose.
Try to stay interested in this relationship.
You, your approach, the pose.
This will teach you a lot about yourself.
The poses are here to teach you. They are not here to be conquered.
